Position Description
As part of the Customer Project Management department, you will work directly with Cinemo’s customers to successfully enable our different CORE and CARS products on their Android and other Automotive platforms. As a Customer Support Engineer / Project Leader you are involved at any stage of a project lifecycle and ensure that Cinemo delivers customer projects according to agreed targets (scope, schedule, quality), interacting proactively with them. You provide technical support to customers facing challenges using our products into their environment. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
Manage small scale customer projects and contribute into complex ones, throughout the project life cycle, including planning, schedules, resource allocation, scope, risk and change management.
- Proactively identify, prioritize and drive the resolution of project and customer issues.
- Plan, manage and test customer releases.
- Provide first-line technical customer support, analyze and solve customer issues using customer and reference hardware.
Act as a technical interface between our customers and our internal departments to formulate their needs during the project phase.
- Have a deep technical understanding of our products enabling you to autonomously address customer technical needs.
- Enrich our online knowledge database with answers to functional and technical questions helping further customers to better use our products and internal team members to increase their knowledge.
